Algorithm Summary: CADR requirement = (Room Volume × Target ACH) ÷ 60. Carbon requirement varies by priority: Low priority (1-2) = 0.2 lbs per 800 ft³, Medium (3) = 0.5 lbs per 800 ft³, High (4-5) = 1.0 lbs per 800 ft³. The optimizer uses linear programming to minimize cost while meeting these targets, with penalty weights based on your priority settings (1=0.25×, 2=0.5×, 3=1×, 4=2×, 5=4×).
